Global Product Marketing Manager, Business Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic product marketer to help us grow the Business Applications portfolio with impact. Solutions in this portfolio include solution services for SAP, ServiceNow, and Amazon Connect.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Research and Market Segmentation
Develop a well-reasoned go-to-market strategy with market segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer profile, by region and target countries.
Messaging and ContentIdeate, write, test, and refine messaging to address target buyers' pain points and needs. Collaborate with content specialists, agencies, and others to create high-quality core and supplementary content marketing assets such as thought leadership, whitepapers, demos, videos, reports, blogs, case studies, and others.
Digital CampaignsPartner with growth marketing to design full-funnel digital campaigns and help shape and support demand generation strategy. Utilize data to effectively optimize campaigns and continuously improve ROI.
Sales Plays and GTM MaterialCollaborate with business leaders and global sales enablement to define and support focused sales plays. Create selling assets such as battlecards, sales decks, one-pagers, and email scripts. Create a feedback loop for iterative enhancements.
Strategic AlliancesCollaborate with partner marketing to support achievement of joint outcomes between SoftwareOne and key partners such as SAP, ServiceNow, Amazon and others.
Requirements- 3+ years in B2B tech marketing
- 1+ year(s) in a product marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience writing messaging, and creating sales and marketing content assets
- Experience designing and enabling digital campaigns
- Experience using data to track and optimize sales and marketing results
- Outstanding communication and writing skills (complete English proficiency)
- Availability for domestic and occasionally global travel (10% or less)
- Experience launching new products and/or services
- Experience in working in the domain of IT services
- Familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow, and/or Amazon Connect
