Global Enterprise Solutions:
Straumann Group's Global Enterprise Solutions division develops long-term business partnerships with large-scale Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) globally. The division leverages the company's brands and services across all product segments to offer winning business concepts and differentiated solutions and services to DSOs.
Job Purpose:
The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and continuously developing the global marketing plan and strategy for Straumann Group's Enterprise Solutions portfolio dedicated to DSO customers. This includes establishing the solutions and services portfolio value proposition and managing marketing campaigns to ensure customers understand the company's value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Execute and continuously develop the global marketing plan and strategy for the Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions portfolio elements.
- Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns for specified solutions and services, including upcoming launches and brand management.
- Content Management: Lead the updating and maintenance of campaign content, product catalogues, and online presence in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Marketing Assets Development: Develop marketing assets and collaterals to support successful Limited Market Releases (LMR) and Full Market Releases (FMR).
- Lead Generation: Drive the generation of sales leads through marketing programs and lead-generation activities.
- Market Analysis: Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Content Creation: Create and implement marketing, sales, and campaign materials, including channel-specific copywriting.
- Sales Enablement Support: Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training assets to engage with dental professionals effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with regulatory and legal standards in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing initiatives' effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's or University degree (specialization in Marketing/Branding is an advantage).
- Experience: 3+ years in downstream product marketing, preferably in the dental industry. Experience in managing global marketing initiatives and understanding regional market differences.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experienced in working in a matrix organization and working in a global setup with strong customer focus.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) are advantageous.

The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in aligning marketing strategies with Straumann Group's vision and driving growth within the DSO segment.
