Strategic Business Partnership Lead for AI Innovation

About IQ AI: Our pioneering approach to Artificial Intelligence (AI) introduces sovereign blockchain entities that operate with true autonomy. Unlike previous models, our agents own assets, perform on-chain actions, and continually enhance their capabilities through tokenized ecosystems.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and results-driven Strategic Business Partnership Lead to spearhead our partnership and integration initiatives in Korea and globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the integration of new partners to develop and deploy AI Agents using the IQ Agent Tokenization Platform (ATP), ensuring seamless onboarding and collaboration between partners and our technical/product teams.
- Identify and secure meaningful partnerships that align with IQ AI's mission and drive innovation, expanding our reach and enhancing our competitive positioning in the AI space.
- Work closely with our ecosystem's BD team and product teams to align objectives and maximize outcomes, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Explore and execute innovative strategies to advance the AI narrative in Korea and globally, developing thought leadership content, campaigns, and initiatives to position IQ AI as a leader in the AI domain.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or integrations, preferably in the AI sector.
- A strong understanding of AI Agent platforms, ecosystems, and their decentralized applications (dapps).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Experience working in a global environment, with a focus on markets like Korea being a plus.
- A self-starter mentality, passion for innovation, and a growth mindset.
