About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Technologies Senior Manager. As a key member of our Innovation and EU Programmes team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new cooperation opportunities related to Digital Technologies at an international level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new cooperation opportunities with international partners, including universities, companies, and research institutions.
- Work closely with our R&D teams to acquire detailed knowledge of their activities and potential to participate in EU funding programs related to Digital Technologies.
- Promote FEUGA and Galician entities interested in new cooperation opportunities at an international level.
- Facilitate cooperation between Galician Universities research groups and industry.
- Define and develop R&D and Innovation project ideas, including business cases, call alignment, and lobbying efforts.
- Participate in events, seminars, and conferences at the European level to identify new cooperation opportunities.
- Support the Head of Unit in developing FEUGA's strategy towards the Horizon Europe Programme.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the EU funding ecosystem.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic-thinking profile.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multilanguage environment.
- Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and multitasking.
