Job Description

We're seeking an Account Manager to lead our Patient Recruitment Retention programmes. In this role, you'll nurture key client relationships, manage projects from study start-up through to delivery, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main client liaison, ensuring clear communication and seamless transitions across projects.
  • Project Management: Lead internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and according to SOPs.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery of translations, print materials, and shipping.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast finances, and ensure accurate client invoicing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, holding regular 1:1 meetings, setting clear goals, and providing constructive feedback.
What You'll Bring:
  • A degree in life sciences and 5+ years of project management experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications.
  • A proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee projects from concept to completion.
  • Previous experience of project management within translations.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and communication skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
