Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Digital & IT Talent Recruiter to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with the possibility of future permanent contracting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process, from kicking off a new search to closing candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Own the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process, including job description development, building an evaluation strategy, sourcing, and closing candidates.
- Advertisement of vacancies and headhunting.
- Qualification and interview of candidates.
- Development of own network of candidates and maintaining professional communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process.
- Follow-up with candidates and partners, interview reports, and monitoring and coordinating the operative with the team of recruiters.
- Reporting and providing high-quality service to our clients.
- Availability to start in mid-January 2025.
- Experience as an IT talent acquisition partner, preferably with C-level profiles.
- Passionate about new technologies, digital, and people.
- Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and excellent communication skills.
- Easy-going and hands-on personality, with a strong desire to make an impact and help others.
- Highly organized and methodical, with experience working with OKRs and preparing weekly reports.
- Self-starter, with a lot of energy and curiosity to learn new things and a self-motivator.
- Excellent Spanish and English language skills, with Catalan being a plus.
- Possibility of future permanent contracting.
