About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Confluent. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in assisting our field sales team in following up with inbound leads and prospecting for new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with top Enterprise and Commercial accounts in Central Europe to qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities for our sales teams.
  • Participate in weekly sales training and enablement sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest sales strategies and techniques.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives, with the support of managers and teammates who are committed to your success.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales to establish an outbound account penetration plan, including target companies, prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks.
  • Participate in regular training and informational sessions to stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic personal.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Enterprise technology aptitude.
  • History of over-achievement.
  • Degree preferred.
