About the Role

Citibeats is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our SaaS business development strategy and team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their business objectives
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product roadmaps that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Identify new business and revenue opportunities in different verticals and develop strategies to pursue them

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer organizational challenges
  • Experience managing sales teams and developing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
