Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in the European market. As an integral part of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the European market and its dynamics. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, creating and managing sales opportunities, and closing deals with direct and partnership prospects.

In this role, you will work closely with our pre-sales engineer to conduct demos and build a deep understanding of our products. You will also partner with our Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize our customer experience and improve our marketing pitch and product offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage your own sales pipeline, consisting of inbound, outbound, and partner leads
  • Create and close sales opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells
  • Conduct demos and build a deep understanding of our products, partnering with our pre-sales engineer
  • Actively listen to prospects, understand their challenges, and reformulate their pain points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and improve marketing pitch and product offerings
About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should have a strong understanding of the European market and its dynamics, as well as a proven track record in B2B sales.

A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to successful candidates. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector

• Strong understanding of the European market and its dynamics

• Proven track record in generating and managing sales pipeline

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
