About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Spain. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable activities for Non-Media Business Units, utilising ERP to process Supplier invoices and credit notes, and ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable activities for Non-Media Business Units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilise ERP to process Supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Monitor and reconcile Supplier accounts, investigating differences and resolving queries promptly.
- Prepare payment proposals and create settlement runs, ensuring compliance with agreed payment timetables.
- Provide holiday and sick cover for colleagues as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Drive towards minimal backlogs, delivering weekly settlement runs and participating in weekly review meetings.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable in a large, international organisation.
- Finance background, with strong commercial focus and customer service approach.
- Confidence in dealing and building relationships, both internally and externally.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and ability to handle complexity.
- Languages: English C1, French B2; fluency in German and Dutch will be highly valued.
