Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled technical support specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide assistance with questions on our product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of IoT technologies in vehicles, including apps.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming contacts by promptly and professionally handling all incoming communication from customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about products by explaining company policies in a clear and helpful manner.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by striving to provide an outstanding customer experience, building rapport with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.

This role includes a company-paid training of 2-3 weeks, so you can become an expert in vehicles, customer support, and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
  • C2 level in Danish, Fluency in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • People Person - you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Tech savvy and analytical

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on your location and other factors.
