Vonage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience Researcher to play a strategic role across all stages of our design thinking process. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with UX Designers and Product teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive innovative research strategies that inform product development and feature prioritization.
- Lead and manage the research roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Design to evolve and implement research and customer principles at Vonage.
- Provide guidance and mentorship on research methodologies to members of the Design team, Product teams, and Engineering teams.
- Establish and maintain research best practices, ensuring high-quality outputs across all projects.
- Translate complex research findings into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the broader UX community through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Understand requirements and where appropriate, challenge the approach, backed up with sound customer, business, and market insight and data.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver validated Human-Centered Design Solutions throughout the entire design process from discovery through to delivery and beyond.
