Sales Professional in a High-Growth Technology Startup

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at a high-growth technology startup in Seville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and presenting our products and services to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Present our products and services to potential customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Generate new leads through searches, personal networking, and other sales strategies.
- Optimize sales processes and results to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Research and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Good command of technological tools, including CRM software.
- Able to provide training agreement.
Internship Details:
35 hours per week.
Possibility of being hired after the internship.
