We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Sales Professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities and identify new business growth areas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve goals.
- Participate in focused sales activities, such as industry-specific outreach and business development initiatives.
- Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with business travel queries and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2) and excellent communication skills.
- In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain.
- Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive work attitude and proactive approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Sales experience required, with a background in hospitality or a related field being beneficial.
