Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at DTLR. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales efforts, and maintaining a positive and energetic store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales efforts by selling products, maintaining visual standards, and restocking merchandise.
  3. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and maintained, including daily restock and visual standards.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Experience: Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  1. Standing and Lifting: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  2. Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
