**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Business Partner to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and developing omnichannel engagement strategies to support our brands and improve our customer engagement journey.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute omnichannel programs for clients, including strategic input and day-to-day management of tactics.
  • Participate in brand planning to develop strategies and activities, and execute digital activities.
  • Identify and implement healthcare professionals' preferred channels, content, and formats for digital communication.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Provide a seamless company/brand experience across channels and devices.
  • Analyze competitive context of omnichannel solutions to properly position Takeda versus competitors.
  • Guide clients and colleagues through potential solutions, leveraging your expertise in digital and omnichannel marketing.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in planning and executing marketing programs.
  • Experience designing digital customer touchpoints that result in positive customer experiences.
  • Proficient understanding of and experience in setting up digital and multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work with the marketing and sales team to track and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
