Global Delivery Lead, Omnichannel Transformation Specialist

As a key member of the Omnichannel Platforms Operations Team, the Global Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in the country rollout and implementation of Customer Engagement Omnichannel Platform functionality and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

The Global Delivery Lead will be responsible for owning end-to-end the implementation of new initiatives and the roll-out of new functionalities across the online and ecommerce landscape. This includes program managing the roll-out of new omnichannel initiatives within the Customer Engagement area, acting as internal owner and project manager to ensure cross-functional business partners can create a delivery plan against business requirements, and working closely with other Global Technology Teams and local teams to rollout new functionalities across online platforms.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience leading online web and digital marketing operations activities, with a proven track record of success in big scale omnichannel projects in multinational companies. They will also have extensive knowledge of Drupal (or similar CMS), de-couple architecture and design systems, and experience with content migration projects. Agile certifications are a plus, and the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions is essential.
