About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ad Sales Coordinator to join our team at NBCUniversal. As an Ad Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Ad Sales and Marketing teams in developing and executing commercial proposals for clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate commercial proposals for clients, focusing on sponsorship and social media opportunities.
- Manage the workflow of Ad Sales materials with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate back-office Ad sales and sponsorship activities, including competitor analysis and audience research.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including graphics and video assets.
- Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to affiliates and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the creative materials for Spain and Portugal, including campaign development and asset creation.
- Translate and subtitle promotional materials for dubbing and on-air use.
- Digitize assets for social media and press use.
- Manage and edit raw and other types of files.
Requirements
- University degree in Audiovisual Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or Creative.
- Heavy user of Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Graphic design and video editing skills, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and Portuguese (valuable).
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Creative and positive mindset, with ability to take initiative and self-motivate.
