Job Title: Ad Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Sales Specialist to join our team at NBCUniversal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative commercial proposals for clients, with a focus on sponsorship and social media opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present commercial proposals to clients
Coordinate and manage the workflow of Ad Sales material with internal teams
Coordinate back-office Ad sales and sponsorship activities
Conduct competitors analysis and audience research
Coordinate agenda and weekly meetings
Support on presentations and newsletters
Support in events, premieres, etc.

Requirements:
University degree in Audiovisual Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or Creative
Heavy user of Microsoft Office package
Graphic design and video editing skills
Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and Portuguese
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
Creative, positive mindset, and ability to take initiative
