Buscamos un/a Ad Operations Specialist que será responsable de planificar y administrar nuestras campañas publicitarias, supervisando los distintos proyectos, haciendo seguimiento de las métricas e indicadores, identificando cualquier problema que pueda tener un impacto negativo en el rendimiento y realizando los ajustes oportunos.

Responsabilidades
  • Análisis de los datos y métricas de las campañas existentes para determinar su rendimiento, utilizando esta información para optimizar campañas futuras.
  • Elaboración de informes y realización de análisis completos a lo largo del ciclo de vida de las campañas con la finalidad de garantizar el ritmo y rendimiento de estas.
  • Reporte y actualización sobre el estado de las campañas a las distintas partes interesadas, tanto internas como externas.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con los equipos de producto y tecnología con la el objetivo de mejorar las soluciones de publicación de anuncios, los productos de ingresos y la metodología de QA/Resolución de problemas.
  • Mejora del ecosistema publicitario manteniendo visiones y estrategias a corto y largo plazo.
  • Evaluación regular de la competencia y de otros para asegura que la tecnología del site está actualizada.

  • Experiencia previa y entendimiento del entorno digital y de los medios de comunicación clave de la industria.
  • Conocimiento de las tecnologías de Header Bidding (Prebid y Amazon).
  • Trabajo con las siguientes herramientas y/u operadores de publicidad: Google Ad Manager, DCM, Demand-side platforms (DSP's), Supply-side platforms (SSP's): DV360, Xandr, Magnite, Rich Audience, etc.
  • Dominio de estadística.
  • Alto nivel de inglés.
