Senior Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare RD.
About the Role- Define the product vision, expected business value, and impact, and execute the product roadmap to foster the discovery and development of new drugs.
- Act as the primary liaison between RD end users, business stakeholders, and engineering and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance.
- Continuously gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization.
- Identify new product growth opportunities and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in developing enterprise data platforms or data-related products.
- Ability to envision long-term product success and craft clear and actionable product roadmaps.
- Good conceptual understanding of the data and AI ecosystem, data flows and architecture, ML, and FMs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies and experience in managing backlog items, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
