We are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare RD.
Key Responsibilities- Define the product vision, expected business value, and impact
- Define and execute the product roadmap and evaluate its impact on the business
- Act as the primary liaison between RD end users, business stakeholders, and the engineering and architecture teams
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance
- Continuously gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization
- Identify new product growth opportunities, as well as potential risks or roadblocks, and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery
- Champion a product mindset and focus on business value throughout the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in developing enterprise data platforms or data-related products
- Ability to envision long-term product success and craft clear and actionable product roadmaps to achieve the strategic company's goals
- Good conceptual understanding of the data and AI ecosystem, data flows and architecture, ML, and FMs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies and experience in managing backlog items, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences RD domain is very beneficial
- Fluency in English is essential
