The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of multiple products and platforms critical to Heetch's success. This will involve collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations experts to build products that customers love. Your work will directly contribute to Heetch's mission of making mobility more positive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a vision and strategy that drives impact towards Heetch's mission
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Lead cross-functional groups to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product launches
  • Liaise with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of products
  • Maintain a product backlog and the product roadmap
  • Owning the prioritisation process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact
  • Build alignment across teams and Leadership teams
  • Drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints
  • Maintain close contact with business stakeholders to inform you on short and long-term goals
  • Interact regularly with our users to understand their problems and motivations
Requirements
  • Experience building consumer products with a proven record of prioritising and successfully launching impactful products or platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to absorb and synthesise complex information into simple and persuasive stories with data
  • High analytical acumen along with solid business sense, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
  • Good balance between being collaborative and open to alternative views versus being decisive and clearly communicating the vision for the team
