Product Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our Conversational AI Tribe at Allianz Popular. As a key member of our Development Squad, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our Conversational AI voice and chat solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Product Ownership: Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and customer needs.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain a clear product vision, value proposition, and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and teams.
- Customer Centricity: Foster a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points, driving product decisions that meet their expectations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including developers, business units, and customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform product decisions.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply lean-agile processes to test, validate, and iterate on the product, ensuring customer feedback and data drive product development.
- Culture and Mindset: Contribute to a customer-centric product culture, promoting a product-based mindset and focusing on delivering outcomes.
- Scrum and Product Ownership: Proven experience in Scrum and Product Ownership, with a basic certification (e.g., PSPO, CSPO).
- Advanced Certification: Ideally, holding an advanced certification (e.g., A-CSPO, PSPO II).
- Leadership and Experience: Sound professional experience in leading cross-functional teams or software, infrastructure, or operations architecture design.
- Conversational AI and Contact Center: First experience in implementation projects and/or products in the Conversational AI area and/or Contact Center environments.
- International Teamwork: Experience working with international teams in a multicultural environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Excellent subject matter expertise, with a clear product vision and value proposition for customers and stakeholders.
