Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate installation activities on-site, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Lead and motivate a team of installation professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Collaborate with customers and project managers to align priorities and activities, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Set priorities and approach tasks in a goal-oriented manner, driving results and achieving project objectives.
Requirements
  • Practical experience in Electronics/Mechatronics and an intermediate vocational education degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience as a site manager or willingness to grow to an experienced site manager.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Good problem-solving skills for technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and with precision.
  • Good knowledge of English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
  • High motivation and dedication to deliver the project in time and within budget.
