Job Title: Database Product Delivery Manager

At Airbus, we are seeking a highly skilled Database Product Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and integrity of our database systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement database standards and best practices
  • Design and implement database structures and features to meet organizational needs
  • Ensure the integrity of existing databases through secure hardware and electronic information management
  • Perform database maintenance, migration, and upgrading hardware and software
  • Document processes and comply with best practices in database management
  • Interpret user problems and identify solutions and possible side effects
  • Coordinate with project managers and developers' technical support teams
  • Implement and provide guidance for the evolution of a DBMS solution
  • Control and schedule software or hardware modifications to prevent unpredictable outcomes
  • Ensure the integrity of the system by controlling functional updates, software or hardware additions, and maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), computer science, information systems, or information technology
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in database management
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle database technologies, architecture, and data security
  • Knowledge of best practices in database management
  • Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
