Job Title: Senior Manager Integrated Access Strategy

Amgen is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Integrated Access Strategy to join our Global Value and Access team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated access strategies for Amgen's products, ensuring optimal market access and reimbursement in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated access strategies for Amgen's products, including market access, pricing, and reimbursement plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and market access, to ensure alignment and effective execution of access strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform access strategies and ensure optimal market access and reimbursement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to commercial teams on market access and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in payer, market access, and/or analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful market access and pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
