Market Access Senior Manager

At Edwards Lifesciences, we are committed to improving the lives of patients worldwide. As a Market Access Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market access strategies to ensure timely patient access, appropriate funding, and sufficient reimbursement for our innovative products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs, to identify and evaluate market access opportunities and develop local market access plans.
- Provide guidance and direction to external project teams to execute tactical market access projects and initiatives.
- Assess access and reimbursement issues that impact the business and identify opportunities for process improvement and course correction.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 10 years of previous related experience required, or 8 years of experience with a Master's Degree.
- Health Economics, Business, Political Sciences, or Communications preferred.
- Experience in Market Access, Public Affairs, or a related field preferred.
