Job Title: Senior Manager, International Market Access

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, International Market Access to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and growth of our products in international markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to support the launch and growth of our products in international markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of market access plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing market access landscapes and regulations in international markets.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing or sales positions with direct exposure to market access activities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and data interpretation skills to support the development of compelling value propositions addressing payer needs.
  • Understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes in various countries.
  • Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
