Job Title: Senior Manager, International Market Access

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, International Market Access to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing market access strategies to ensure our rare neuroendocrine disease treatments are accessible to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure reimbursement and pricing of our products in international markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of market access plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, HTA agencies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and optimal market access.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful market access strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
