Job Title: Integrated Access Strategy Senior Manager

Amgen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Access Strategy Senior Manager to join our Global Value Access team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic plans to ensure access to our innovative treatments for patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global value access strategies for Amgen's products, including pricing, reimbursement, and market access initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and market access, to ensure alignment and effective execution of access strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform access strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Amgen's commercial teams to ensure successful product launches and market access.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in payer, market access, and/or analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful access strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
