About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international travelers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and phone
- Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Clarify inquiries about services, payment, and technical requirements, and provide accurate information and follow set processes
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
Requirements
- Danish native and advanced English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- Good technical PC skills
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
- Positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer issues
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Open mind to changing priorities and business processes
- Affinity with travel platforms
- Experience in customer service or contact center environments (valued)
- Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
- Obligatory studies finished (according to Spanish legislation)
