Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, motivating sales teams, and creating engaging customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales potential
  • Motivate and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to develop and inspire sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
