Account Manager, Madrid

Expedia Group is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling relationships with our medium-sized partners in the Northern Europe & Southeastern Europe Region. Your primary focus will be on servicing existing accounts, but you will also be required to identify potential growth opportunities with smaller revenue partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of 6-10 partners in the Northern Europe & Southeastern Europe Region
- Implement business strategies to position PLS as a partner of choice
- Accurately diagnose partner business needs and collaborate with other teams
- Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals
- Identify best practices and share them with affiliate partners
- Form strong business relationships remotely and occasionally face-to-face
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, with other European languages beneficial
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Account Management experience in the Travel industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term strategic relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven experience working with sales incentives and familiarity with marketing initiatives
