Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled French Lead Prospector to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting high-quality leads for our internal sales teams.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify leads for our internal sales teams using industry trends and IT landscape knowledge.
- Conduct thorough company evaluations to assess potential and ensure compliance with our guidelines.
- Utilize internal tools to perform eligibility checks and ensure prospects meet our acquisition criteria.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead and source leads based on market seasonality and sales team needs.
- Deliver a set of high-quality leads based on quarterly targets and provide weekly reporting and analysis.
- Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales.
- C2 level of French language proficiency.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Ability to work autonomously and report progress on a daily basis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
