Job Title: Spanish Lead Prospector

Teleperformance, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Spanish Lead Prospector to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting high-quality leads and building a pipeline of potential customers for the company's internal sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads using provided guidelines and tools.
  • Conduct thorough company evaluations to assess potential and eligibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure timely prospecting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute lead sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of work progress.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales.
  • C2 level of Spanish.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
Skills and Attributes:
  • Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress on a daily basis.
  • Able to think strategically and follow market trends.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment.
  • High standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
