Club Chica es una empresa dedicada al sector gastronómico con una trayectoria de más de 15 años. Ubicados en el entorno de la ciudad Barcelona y Gavá, en constante crecimiento, seguimos expandiéndonos con la apertura de nuevos locales para satisfacer a nuestros clientes con el mejor servicio y la más alta gastronomía.

Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica única y memorable a nuestros clientes. Buscamos a profesionales comprometidos y apasionados por la mixología que se unan a nuestro equipo para ayudarnos a alcanzar este objetivo.

**Responsabilidades**

Las responsabilidades del Bartender incluyen:

  • Preparar y servir cócteles de alta calidad, siguiendo las recetas y estándares del grupo.
  • Mantener la limpieza y organización de la barra.
  • Conocer y promocionar la carta de cócteles y bebidas.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo para asegurar un servicio fluido y eficiente.
  • Adaptarse a los estándares de calidad y protocolos de la empresa.

**Qué ofrecemos**

  • Contrato indefinido de 40 horas semanales.
  • Invernales.
  • Salario según convenio.

**Requisitos**

Los requisitos para el puesto de Bartender son:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puestos similares.
  • Compromiso y responsabilidad, con ganas de trabajar en un entorno exigente.
  • Dominio de los idiomas español, inglés y catalán. Otros idiomas serán altamente valorados.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
  • Experiencia en entornos de altos volúmenes de trabajo.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptabilidad a nuevos entornos y equipos.
  • Creatividad, pasión por la mixología y excelente atención al cliente.
