Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton Poblenou. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, serving a wide range of drinks, and working closely with our team to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Work closely with the Bar Manager to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Ensure a clean and organized bar area, adhering to safety and HACCP standards
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with Catalan and additional languages a plus
- Previous bartending experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
