The Hoxton Poblenou is a vibrant hotel in the heart of Barcelona, offering a unique blend of hospitality and entertainment. Our 240 bedrooms cater to diverse needs, and our facilities include a large restaurant, a rooftop pool, and a taqueria.

Our Concept

Four Corners, our restaurant, brings the energy of New York to Barcelona, serving up quick slices of thick crust, Detroit-style pizza, and lighter Italian-American inspired dishes. Tope, our rooftop taqueria, offers Mexican-inspired flavors and punchy cocktails with stunning views of the city.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton Poblenou. As a key member of our R&B operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for guests to unwind and enjoy themselves.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from soft beverages to expertly crafted cocktails that change with the seasons.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and systems to provide exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service, ensuring both table and bar areas are well-maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and HACCP standards at all times.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who share our passion for hospitality and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences. If you're a people person with a natural flair for mixology, we'd love to hear from you.

  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation and presentation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Catalan and additional languages a significant advantage.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and rotative shifts.
