Area Sales Manager for HORECA Channel

Fritz Kola Gmbh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the HORECA channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a well-segmented customer base, driving brand presence, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the HORECA channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitality industry professionals and specialist food distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and sales
- Manage customer data and maintain accurate records in our SAP, C4C, and Accounting systems
- Previous experience in the beverage industry and commercial area
- Strong Spanish language skills and basic English proficiency
- Positive mindset, problem-solving skills, and charisma to inspire others
- Fluency in working with computer equipment, MS Office package, video conferencing, and cell phone
- Ability to travel within the region and work flexible hours
- Company car with possibility of private use
