Director/a de Marketing

Adeas Hr - Passion For People busca incorporar a un/a Director/a de Marketing para liderar la estrategia de marketing y comunicación de nuestra empresa en pleno crecimiento.

Funciones principales:
  • Diseñar y desarrollar el Plan de Marketing para entornos B2B y B2C, responsable de la Marca.
  • Coordinar con el equipo comercial en las analíticas, campañas y propuestas de mejora de los KPIs de atracción de lead, precio y conversión.
  • Realizar reporting y gestión de reputación mediante KPIs de leads a punto de venta.
  • Definir y desarrollar los objetivos de comunicación y estrategia de medios.
  • Supervisar acciones de promoción y marketing, campañas de marketing, comunicación, marketing digital y redes sociales, eventos, etc.
  • Posicionar SEM, SEO y CRO.
  • Analizar el mercado y la competencia.
  • Gestionar presupuestos y análisis de desviaciones.
  • Dirigir las relaciones exteriores y comunicación corporativa.
  • Responsabilizarse de la imagen de la empresa en medios, tanto en prensa, radio y televisión, así como en la definición del espacio del punto de venta de acuerdo con la propuesta de valor de la marca y atendiendo a tendencias de mercado y sector.
  • Organizar la presentación de empresa en ferias, congresos médicos y eventos.
  • Responsabilizarse de las relaciones institucionales y protocolarias con las diferentes entidades.
  • Gestionar al equipo del departamento.

Requisitos:

  • Formación superior complementada con posgrado o máster en Marketing.
  • Muy valorable formación complementaria en marketing digital.
  • Inglés fluido hablado y escrito.
  • Experiencia en posición directiva en marketing idealmente en sector retail sanitario, o alternativamente en retail de sector/producto premium o lujo.
  • Amplia expertise en marketing digital.
  • Valorable conocimiento del sector médico-salud.
