About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Management Team Lead to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our community strategy, aligning with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community campaigns, initiatives, and experiments to drive engagement and growth.
  • Work with community managers to improve the quality of our brand's communication with our community.
  • Supervise community growth and optimize engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various departments to support communication strategies.
  • Lead the Community Team and provide hands-on support with daily tasks.
  • Motivate, coach, and inspire the Community Team to achieve our team goals.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in community management and communications.
  • 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proven experience in building and growing a successful community.
  • Deep understanding of the role community plays in product and community-led business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing conflicts.
  • Fantastic communicator with a passion for online community development.
  • Data-driven thinking with a combination of creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
