Community Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Management Team Lead to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our Online Reputation Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our community strategy, aligning with our company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Community Strategy Development: Own, develop, and execute Semrush's community strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Community Campaigns and Initiatives: Facilitate community campaigns, initiatives, and experiments, identifying new opportunities for community engagement.
- Team Management: Supervise community growth and optimize engagement, providing hands-on support to the Community Team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with various departments, supporting them with communication strategies for product launches and other initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead the Community Team, motivating, coaching, and inspiring them to achieve our team goals.
- Professional Development: Work with the Head of Social & Community to upskill the community team and support their continued development.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in community management and communications, with 2+ years of team management experience.
- Community Building: Proven experience in building and growing a successful community, with a deep understanding of the role community plays in product-led business.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in managing conflicts and creatively responding to challenges.
- Communication: Fantastic communicator, passionate about talking to people and online community development.
- Data-Driven Thinking: Data-driven thinking, with a combination of creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Community Channels: A community geek, with knowledge of the latest community channels and trends.
- Leadership: Highly creative, 'hands-on' leader, who embraces ambiguity and defines a way forward.
