Talented Sales Executive for Global Boat Tours

Boataround seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Booking Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, processing bookings efficiently, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and solution-driven individual who can effectively interact with customers via phone and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences. You will process bookings accurately using our booking systems, handle reservations, and assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
- Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and special requests.
- Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, a solution and result-driven approach, and be a flexible and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'. Fluency in English, Dutch, and German is required.
