**Job Overview**
DAZN, a leading sports broadcaster and entertainment service, is seeking an experienced Crm Manager to join our marketing team in Madrid, Spain. As part of our fast-paced commercial environment, you will focus on delivering engaging CRM campaigns across international markets.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role will be responsible for end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, segmentation, and personalization. You will work closely with product, tech, content, UX, data, and analytics teams to deliver successful CRM campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multi-channel campaign planning for our CRM calendar focused on one of the top four U.S. sports leagues to drive revenue growth, upsell, and subscriber retention.
- Clearly articulating campaign and segmentation plans to the CRM operations team for timely scheduling and dispatch.
- Overseeing creative briefs, asset coordination, and below-the-line messaging specific to the sport, ensuring engaging and effective copy.
- Driving personalization and segmentation efforts for optimal conversion and engagement, leveraging available data and technical capabilities to elevate CRM impact.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, segmentation, and personalization.
- Strong background in lifecycle automations, with the ability to coordinate assets and manage multiple key events.
- Excellent project management skills, with efficient time management and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record in crafting compelling copy and briefing assets to drive user engagement.
- Confidence in working with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, content, UX, data, and analytics.
