About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Marketing Director, Life Sciences & Healthcare to join our team at Clarivate. This is a full-time permanent position based in London, UK or Barcelona, Spain, with hybrid work arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry segment, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external research firms to gain deep insights into user and buyer behavior, and translate these insights into effective marketing strategies and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain market narratives that highlight how Clarivate products and services meet buyer needs and align with industry trends.
  • Work with partners across strategy and the commercial organization to identify whitespace and cross-sell opportunities, supporting Clarivate's growth.
  • Equip sales teams with effective tools and training specific to the industry segment, facilitating the generation of new business.
  • Oversee content marketing strategy and development, create key content assets in line with the marketing funnel, and continuously improve content delivery based on performance metrics.
  • Oversee website content management, analyze web metrics, and optimize content for increased demand generation and customer engagement.
  • Ensure thought leadership strategy and content development align with business goals, and play a key role in shaping and deploying the "Drugs to Watch" content.
  • Oversee the process of securing and utilizing customer references, ensuring they are effectively leveraged.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the brand team, coordinating LS&H brand assets, aligning messaging with business strategy, and providing brand training.
  • Lead overall enablement efforts, ensure marketing programs are visible, keep CHASE updated, and contribute to all key enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of Product marketing or related experience.
  • 3 years minimum experience in the Life Sciences & Healthcare market is preferred; global experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree preferred (MBA, Marketing, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong organization, project management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Ability to influence peers and counterparts in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the biopharma/life sciences industry.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time permanent position based in London, UK or Barcelona, Spain, with hybrid work arrangements available. The position requires weekday attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
