We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Expert to join our team at Bluebird Care Leeds North. As a Home Care Expert, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes, promoting their overall health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care such as support with washing and dressing, administering medication, and promoting overall customer health and wellbeing.
- Building trusting and meaningful relationships with our customers, requiring good listening skills, a patient and flexible approach, and a good sense of humour.
- Working in a supportive and friendly team, with opportunities for career development and progression.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50, with paid travel time and mileage allowance.
- A comprehensive training program, including induction, shadowing, and ongoing support.
- A bonus scheme through our Care Friends App, with a share of a £300 pot of cash for 100% attendance every 2 months.
- 28 days holiday pro rata, guaranteed birthday off, and access to our Wellbeing fund (£100 per year to spend on a treat just for you).
Requirements:
- A full and valid driving licence, access to a car for work, and the right to work in the UK.
- An excellent level of English, with good listening skills and a patient and flexible approach.
