We are committed to keeping people in the comfort of their own homes. Our aim is to keep individuals independent for as long as possible, taking care of everyday tasks and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care duties
- Administering medication
- Manual handling using equipment where required
- Promoting customer health and well-being
You will be living with one of our customers or a couple to provide the best care. You are there to be a companion, help them remain independent in their home, and cherish all the memories they've made there.
Schedule and Benefits:The usual working pattern is one week on, one week off. However, this can increase to two weeks on, one week off. Competitive rates of £665 per week, enhanced rates for Bank Holidays, and entitlement to 23p per mile if you use your own vehicle for customer use.
You will also have a separate room to stay, access to a TV and WiFi, regular contact with your supervisor, and access to our career pathway allowing you to gain qualifications and grow your knowledge and confidence.
Ongoing training and support, regular scheduled daily and weekly breaks, and a clearly defined schedule of working time vs downtime during each day. We take care of our team throughout the year, whether it's your birthday, Christmas, awards, or simply because it's a Thursday.
