As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and fostering meaningful relationships built on trust and respect.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care and support to our customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility support.
- Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring your approach to meet their individual requirements.
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and comprehensive support.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, care plans, and progress notes.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You:
- A caring and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and families.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing customer needs.
- Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training to support your growth and development.
