About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Siemens, S. A. As a key member of our Agile community, you will play a vital role in guiding and coaching our global teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and motivate Agile teams to deliver value to customers and stakeholders
  • Focus on team needs and enable them to achieve business objectives
  • Act as a change agent to promote Agile culture and mindset
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
  • Coach and train teams to apply Agile practices and improve processes
  • Facilitate collaboration within teams and with stakeholders
  • Protect teams from outside interference and ensure governance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with building complex Agile teams and working in virtual environments
  • Strong collaboration, team development, and facilitation skills
